Choisir le bon moment pour faire une cure :

Dans ce cas là, le mieux est d’attendre que votre corps récupère un peu pour commencer votre cure.

La cure hivernale renforce les défenses immunitaires en période de froid où le corps a besoin de bons nutriments pour faire face au climat et aux virus présents dans l’air. Pensez à renforcer votre immunité, de par l’alimentation de santé mais aussi les compléments alimentaires adaptés à votre corps.
La durée d’une cure varie entre 1 et 3 jours, et peut durer jusqu’à 30 jours, cela dépendra des effets que vous recherchez et de la tolérance de votre corps et votre esprit.
Pendant une cure détox : Avoir une alimentation revitalisante
Durant la période de détox, l’idéal est de miser sur les fruits et légumes d’origine bio, qui devraient composer à peu près 70% de votre assiette. Le but étant de faire le pleins de vitamines, minéraux, oméga 3 anti-inflammatoires et antioxydants.
Voici ici les aliments à privilégier pour faire le plein d’énergie pendant l’hiver :
1- Les légumes :
Les légumes doivent être frais et bio ! D’une part car ils ont bon goût mais aussi pour qu’ils gardent leur richesse en micronutriments. Privilégiez également les bouillons, l’astuce pour obtenir un bon bouillon est de mélanger au moins trois à quatre légumes différents en variant de préférence les couleurs et les textures.
2- Les épices et herbes aromatiques :
Les épices proviennent de matière organique d’origine végétale. Leur présence dans les plats améliore le goût mais apporte aussi des micronutriments et des anti-oxydants.
Les herbes aromatiques possèdent de nombreuses qualités nutritionnelles. Basilic, estragon ou encore la menthe, sont tous présents dans notre armoire en cuisine. On a le choix de les cuisiner soit en les faisant cuire ensuite on les retire avant de servir, soit de les laisser crues et hachées.
3- Les protéines animales :
La viande et les poissons modifient la saveur du bouillon et le complètent en protéines animales. On peut aussi trouver ces protéines dans les œufs et les produits laitiers. Elles nous apportent tous les acides aminés indispensables dont l’organisme a besoin durant la cure d’hiver.
4- Les fruits :
En hiver, les journées deviennent courtes et la luminosité très faible, donc c’est le retour des virus saisonniers. C’est une bonne raison de consommer des fruits car ils contiennent des vitamines et minéraux qui sont essentiels pour le bon fonctionnement de notre organisme.
5- Tisane :
Les plantes détiennent de puissantes vertus calmantes et détoxifiantes. Leur utilisation date depuis l’antiquité, elles sont utilisées pour soulager toutes sortes de maux. Leur préparation est simple : la plante est infusée quelques minutes dans une grande tasse d’eau chaude, elle va libérer ses principes actifs et stimuler nos organes d’élimination. Les cures de tisane sont très efficaces après la période des fêtes pour aider notre organisme dans son travail de nettoyage naturel et retrouver la vitalité.

L’exercice physique durant la cure détox
La pratique modérée d’une activité sportive joue un rôle primordial pour préserver notre santé. L’exercice physique réduit le risque de mortalité associé aux maladies cardio-vasculaires, les cancers, et le diabète sous toutes ses formes.
La marche est aussi considérée comme une activité sportive, il est très important de faire au moins une demi-heure de marche tous les jours en plein air. Plusieurs personnes n’aiment pas jeûner pendant la saison froide car ils préfèrent tenter cette expérience quand la température augmente un peu. Il est vrai que pendant l’hiver notre corps a tendance à dépenser beaucoup d’énergie pour se réchauffer. Des études ont démontré qu’en période de jeûne en hiver, notre organisme utilise environ 40% de son énergie juste pour maintenir la thermogenèse du corps, 30% pour la détoxication et 30% pour l’activité mentale et émotionnelle.
En lisant ces statistiques, certains évitent de jeûner en pensant qu’ils vont torturer leurs corps s’ ils jeûnent en plein hiver, ou qu’il est déconseillé durant cette saison. Alors qu’il est recommandé surtout après la période de fêtes de fin d’année pour la détox, mais bien sûr en offrant certaines conditions exceptionnelles pendant cette période de froid pour permettre à notre organisme de faire son travail de nettoyage. Il faudrait donc suivre certaines règles pour jeuner correctement :
- Il faudra notamment choisir une période où on peut se reposer au maximum, pendant un congé par exemple.
- Diminuer les activités physiques car notre corps aura tendance à geler plus vite à cause de la température corporelle qui est basse durant cette saison.
