L’importance du rituel du premier repas

Beaucoup d’entre nous connaissent la fameuse phrase du dramaturge écossais George Bernard Shaw qui disait “même un sot peut jeûner mais seul un sage sait terminer convenablement un jeûne!” … Et il est vrai que souvent, beaucoup de personnes insistent sur les jours de jeûne accomplis, parfois avec un certain esprit de compétition en se mesurant à qui fera le plus de jours, à qui arrivera à jeûner à l’eau ou à sec pendant le plus longtemps, ce qui va bien sûr à l’encontre de la philosophie du jeûne qui parle plutôt de lâcher prise et surtout d’adaptation au profil et à la santé de chaque personne.

Mais aussi, souvent la phase de descente alimentaire est occultée et encore plus la reprise alors que c’est la période la plus importante après le jeûne pour potentialiser les effets du jeûne. Du coup comment faire cette fameuse reprise alimentaire ?

Le premier repas de rupture du jeûne

En lisant la plupart des ouvrages sur le jeûne et en visitant les différents centres de jeûne, on se rend vite compte qu’il n’y a pas un médecin ou un thérapeute pour terminer un jeûne de la même façon. Chacun a sa méthode et ses aliments : certains vont vous préconiser un fruit, parfois coupé en rondelles et avalé à petite dose chaque heure, certains vous présentent des pommes de terre, d’autres conseillent un bon bol de lait de vache avec des céréales (du son de blé) pour le docteur Lützner (ancien médecin des cliniques Buchinger qui a publié le petit livre populaire Jeûner, se désintoxiquer…), d’autres un jus de légumes… J’ai même connu une dame très expérimentée dans les cures de jeûne qui ne pouvait se réalimenter qu’avec du poisson cru en sushis… Rien d’autre ne pouvait être digérée par son organisme…

Alors quel premier repas de réalimentation je vous conseillerais de faire ? Comment terminer et faire la rupture de votre jeûne avec des aliments nutritifs et adaptés ?

La réponse est dans cette Vidéo ci-dessous … Et surtout j’insiste sur le rituel de ce premier repas, car après 3, 5, 7, 10 jours de jeûne, il serait dommage de s’empresser d’ingurgiter des aliments sans le faire en conscience et en prenant le temps de les savourer !
